Amazon Friday’s No.7: Smart Style Swaps, Science-Backed Wellness, and Intentional Caregiving

Finding lifestyle pieces and health solutions that deliver exceptional performance without a luxury markup is the ultimate shopping win. Here is a look at my recent lifestyle, healthcare, and home purchases, featuring exactly why they make sense for my life, my budget, and my family’s changing needs.

This beautiful, lightweight button-down hollow-out sweater matches that high-end quality perfectly while boasting the exact same 100% cotton composition—offering excellent breathable luxury for a fraction of the price. I am back for another and this time I added the cream version to my closet.
  • Women’s Gingham Pants (Wide Leg Elastic Waist): I absolutely love gingham, but this was my first time trying the wide-leg silhouette. These casual, cute, and comfy cotton trousers with built-in pockets turned out to be a great, low-risk buy for adding a trendy, high-quality capsule item to my wardrobe. Another 100% cotton garment that will keep me cool throughout the remainder of the summer. I don’t think they are particularly figure flattering. However, what they lack in figure enhancement, they makeup for comfort and fashion versatility. I find myself wearing them with a white or navy tank top and flat thong sandals. I also wear them with a loose navy or white sweatshirt. I will be wearing them over the 4th of July weekend with a white tank top, red sweatshirt (or red oversized button-down shirt depending upon location I am in) and a denim baseball cap during the evenings. They arrived with overnight delivery which was a plus!
