# 2 in a weekly series showing what made it through checkout in my Amazon Cart. This week I focused more on household items in an attempt to make our lives a little bit easier.
Mesh Popup Laundry Hamper – We have purchased these hampers on repeat for over 10 years and they LAST. They are the perfect size and can hold a load of laundry with room to spare. They need replaced in our household as they were last purchased 11/19/2022 per my Amazon page. Although they are still in decent condition, ours are subjected to an obscene amount of aggression from our 3 Persian cats who like to use them as toys jumping in/out all the time. I literally drag them around on the wood flooring when I overload them, and they withstand my abuse as well.
FOLEX Instant Carpet Spot Remover – If you have pets, BUY THIS! We have purchased so many carpet stain removers over the years. My husband found this and we have never tried another remover since. Again, Persian Cats & kittens = hairballs, bile, accidents and stains. Our carpet is safe with this product. I have purchased everything in the grocery and pet stores over the years as well as many other stain removers online. This one does the job without ruining your carpet. For a better deal, you can also purchase the refill size if you already own your own spray bottles.
SPUNKYJUNKY Ceramic Dog and Cat Bowl with Wood Stand. We have 2 sets of these bowl/stand combos (1 per home). What I love about them is that they are heavy, stay in place (pets can’t ‘nose’ them around the floor) and can be thrown into the dishwasher. The stand must be wiped off with a paper towel and is not dishwasher safe. I am no longer tripping over pet bowls that have migrated all over the kitchen floor from their original placement. They also look nice.
Under Sink Organizer, Plastic Trash Bag Holder Dispenser. Ok, to be honest this has been moved in/out of may cart for months and I finally bought it. What I could not decide, was to buy this set or a single one to try. I finally decided this was a better deal and purchased the set. I am so glad I did! I split up the set and have it placed throughout the house. I use the large one under the sink in my kitchen for my 13 gallon trash bags. The medium one under my vanity cabinet in my bathroom for 8 gallon trash bags and the smallest one in the utility room next to the litter box for 4 gallon trash bags. So nice not having to deal with trash bag rolls rolling around inside the cabinet while I am trying to grab one!
Flame King Propane Torch Kit Heavy Duty Weed Burner 500,000 BTU with 10-FT Hose. Show this to your partner who is a gadget lover! Or better yet, just buy it for them for Father’s Day. This is a husband addition product to my cart and is a repeat purchase. He originally bought one for our home in Florida. The weeds grow up between the pavers on our patio. This is a great alternative to pulling or spraying them. He then wanted this unit for up north to address the weeds between our large outside pavers around our deck and our flower beds. We have not used it for ice or snow as it says it can be used. However, it is a wonderful weed removal product to be used in flower beds and between pavers of any sizes. You just hook it up to a propane tank and the cord gives you a 10 foot reach before you need to move the tank. Believe me, its easier to move the tank here and there as you weed, than to move around on your hands and knees pulling weeds while in the dirt. Made to work with standard propane cylinders. Husband just uses the standard propane tank we attach to the gas grill (he picks up at Home Depot).
BEAU TODAY Suede Loafers Flats for Women. These loafers are incredibly comfortable. Classic style and color for summer. They are amazing substitutes for a certain designer. I generally avoid designer substitutes unless there is a comfort and quality standard behind the product. I took a chance on these and can say they run true-to-size and look amazing on your feet.

Women’s Straw Shoulder Bag Woven Tote. I really love this straw bag. I purchased it in the Coffee color and it is a beautiful neutral shade. Specifically? It has a zipper closure top! So many of these are open at the top and if they tip over, your stuff falls out and makes a mess. I saw a similar style on a favorite brand of mine’s website, but it had an open top as well and was very expensive! I also got a package of these narrow long scarves to tie onto the bag handle. Surprisingly, they are good quality at 6 scarves for $6.79!
As an avid cookbook collector, I added a few to my collection for the summer time for meal inspiration. . Highly recommend!
